The Horticulture Committee teaches the membership about gardening with workshops and speakers on propagation, pollination, encouraging use of native plants, and increasing knowledge of many different species. With the Visiting Gardens Committee there are trips to different area gardens to learn about design as well as plant species.
There are horticulture shows at membership meetings twice a year.
